SENIOR ALLIANCE: The Alliance paid its first visit to Tramore G.C. since the opening of the new nine and went through a baptism of fire.
The new layout, stage one in the overall plan,is a splendid one, and ones mouth waters at the thought of the completed article. However it was the  weather which drew most peoples attention. Gale force winds and the constant threat of rain made for a most uncomfortable day and great credit is due to those hardy individuals who actually finished out. Gerry O'Keeffe once more proved what a wonderful competitor he is,his nett 72 winning on a countback from his playing partner J.J.Ryan. Gavin Mc Neill's 73 won the gross from John Reynolds while John Grace and Gabriel Kennedy took the remaining nett prizes.  Liam O'Mahony was the winner of the back nine prize.

Our next outing will be held at Kilkenny G.C. on Sunday 25th January.
Timesheets will be issued early in the week of the outing
