CAPTAINS PRIZE TO THE JUNIORS
This Wednesday the 28th of July, Captain Des Cleary will present his prize to the Juniors. The competition starts at 9.50am with our Pre Juniors teeing off from 11am. A huge crowd is expected so book your tee times on line at the club website. At 4pm we will have a rules presentation followed by the Captain's prize giving at 6pm. Hopefully, all those who have been availing of David’s coaching sessions can now put their theory into practice on the day. We have a very good sized junior membership and all our young members are encouraged to take part, whatever their ability. The Captain wishes all the juniors participating in his prize all the very best for their day and looks forward to meeting you all. Watch this space for the results next week.

GOLFER OF THE OPEN FORTNIGHT
Deverux Menswear kindly sponsored our golfer of the open fortnight competition and Dermot McGrath emerged as the clear winner with 223 pts with Tom Conway coming 2nd with 218 pts. Well done to both players and many thanks once again to our Generous sponsors for making this possible.

PRESENTATION NIGHTS:
We had a great attendance for our presentation of prize evenings recently. It is very encouraging to see both members and visitors supporting both our sponsors and the club by attending these functions. Many thanks to all who made the effort.

TOM DALY MIXED FOURSOMES
Tom hosted his mixed foursomes on Friday and this was won by Husband and Wife team Vincent and Teresa Hayes. Tom was delighted to sponsor this event again this year. Tom and Chris are providing a sterling catering service to the club with the help of Brendan and Rita who always provides service with a smile. The restaurant is open to all, not just to club members, and specials are always on in addition to the extensive menu on offer.
