Conditions

1. Strict adherence to the timesheet is requested. Any players over-running their tee times will not be permitted to play.

2. Societies play from the forward markers i.e. green tees.

3. All societies are requested to play in three balls, four balls are not allowed.

4. Soft spikes are mandatory. Soft spikes available in the Pro Shop at a rate of €15 p.p.

5. Mobile phones must be turned off or on silent on the golf course, and are only permitted for emergency use.

6. Smart Casual dress is essential on the course and in the Clubhouse. Tracksuits, singlets, football shirts or untailored shorts are not allowed.

7. All notices and signs must be observed and obeyed. Any one found in breach of these will be asked to leave the golf course. Alcohol consumption on the golf course is not tolerated.

8. All players must observe the rules of etiquette i.e. replacing divots, repairing pitch marks, raking bunkers and avoiding slow play.

9. Dungarvan Golf Club reserves the right to carry out work on the Golf Course at times that the Course Management deems fit.

10. Green fee quotations are based on the numbers originally booked. This rate is subject to change if numbers decrease/increase. Society bookings are subject to specific society time allocations and conditions and are not eligible to compete in Club Open Days.
11. Where there is a threat of extreme overnight weather conditions i.e. significant rainfall or frost please contact the Pro Shop directly on the morning of outing on 058 44707 or 058 43310 ext. 22 re. status of the golf course.
