First: Donal DC Connolly and Anne Murray
Second: Tom Phelan (our President) and Phyllis Davis
Third: Neil O’ Connor and Jack O’ Connor
Scoring was very close. If you would like to be part of the fun go online and book your slot quickly. Presently there are seven places available. Look forward to seeing you on Friday morning.

We are now almost halfway through the golf lessons with David Hayes. The ladies are very enthusiastic and enjoying the fun. David tells me we have some very promising ladies in the group. The next stage will be on-course activities with our lady members who will introduce them to our fine golf course. This will start on Tues Aug 3 for one hour from 7-8 pm for four weeks. We feel honoured that so many ladies decided to come to our golf club.

This is on-going and will cease at the end of August. Many thanks to Anne Heneberry and Marcella McGovern for taking on the organisation of this league and for doing it so efficiently.
At the moment Roisin Briggs’ team of Micheal Marrinan, Breid Scanlon and Phyllis Davis are in the lead with Jim O’Mahony’s team of Cathie Mannix, Helen O’ Neill and Elizabeth Kelly lying second. It is still all to play for, so get your nine holes played and return your cards to the relevant locker rooms. Each card returned (regardless of score) earns a point for your team!
