Phase one of the programme came to a close last Tues (Aug 24) when we held our outdoor Gala evening. The majority of the ladies are delighted with the programme and have opted to go forward to phase two. This is due in no small way to our lady members who gave so generously of their time each Tues night to bring our new golfers out on the course. We are also hugely indebted to David Hayes our PGA professional who was so encouraging in introducing them to the basics of golf. The Tuesday evening scrambles will continue over the next few weeks.
