It was with great sadness that we learned of the passing of our loyal and well-respected club member Kevin Coleman after a brief illness. Kevin was a true gentleman; a fantastic member and he was passionate about our club and the game of golf. He will be greatly missed by us all. We offer our sincere condolences to Kevin’s wife Anne and son Shane and all the family at this very sad time. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

This Sunday (Dec 5) we are running a 110 yard competition for our new ladies to golf. This means the competition will start from the red and white markers which are 110 yards into the green. It is a short distance but it requires great skill and it is from here that competitions are either won or lost!! It will also be great fun.  Over the past while we have been running putting competitions but we now feel our ladies are ready for this challenge. The competition will start at 2 pm. Entries will be taken at the hut near the men’s first tee box.
Please note that there is a provisional list of events for our Get into Golf ladies from now until the end of March 2022 on display in the ladies locker room.
Many thanks to the Get into Golf committee for compiling this list and making themselves available to run these events.

Players must stand on and play their tee shot from the mats provided on 2nd hole and the par 3s. Local Rule takes effect immediately.
