The weather was poor last Tuesday but David managed to fit in the golf lessons between the showers. This was terrific as it keeps up the momentum and continuity. The Get into Golf ladies are very enthusiastic and are enjoying the lessons.

The nine-hole qualifying competition on Tuesday’s is ideal for any of these ladies who have handicaps. It is a great introduction to golf competitions.
Also there are time slots in the evenings for casual golf if you just need to practice. So go online and book your place.

Before I sign off on the notes today, I would like on behalf of the Fun Friday Foursomes and Get into Golf to say a special thank you to Jimmy Wemyss who has always been so professional, meticulous and kind when dealing with my requests for special timesheet bookings. Nothing was ever a problem. Many thanks Jimmy.

Our course has received some very good reviews recently and the greens are playing particularly well. Please play your part in keeping them in top condition by repairing pitch marks and remember to rake the bunker when you have played out of it.
