WELCOME TO NEW MEMBERS

We extend a warm welcome to all our new members and also welcome back returning members to Dungarvan Golf Club. For new members, our Fun Friday Foursomes is a great way to meet fellow golfers followed by a cup of coffee and a chat!

Thank you to all our Get Into Golf members who have signed up so far to Year One of our programme. It is great to see our Get Into Golf Programme go from strength to strength. Special thanks to Colette Power and the Get Into Golf Committee for their trojan work.

GET INTO GOLF
The first mixed scramble of 2023 takes place this Sunday (Jan 29).
There is a shotgun start at 2.30pm and we look forward to meeting you all again. This a great opportunity to get out on the golf course once more. If you are free to play, why not go online and book your place. We would love to see you there.

We had no competition on 18^th January due to poor weather. We are back on Wednesday 18^th – please book in online.

We had no 60.com competition on Wednesday 18^th Jan due to the ongoing rain. We will be back next week (hopefully).

FUN FRIDAY FOURSOMES

The foursomes were cancelled once more last Friday due to frost. We are back this Friday Jan 27. This event is all about having fun and meeting new people. We play nine holes of Scotch Foursomes. The timesheet is open so go online and book your place. All are welcome.

LOTTO RESULTS

We had our weekly Lotto 4 draw on Friday, 20th January. This was Week 36 of 52. The numbers drawn were 1, 5, 12 and 15. The jackpot was €10,000 and there was no winner.
We had one Match 3 winning ticket.  Maeve Carthy wins €100.

POKER CLASSIC

Our next Poker Classic is on Sunday 12^th February in the clubhouse at 8pm. All Welcome.

Casual Bridge takes place from 11am – 1pm each Friday in the Clubhouse. €5pp. All welcome.
