Our next social scramble takes place this Sunday afternoon (Nov 17). Shotgun start at 2pm.
These scrambles are open to all members and are a great way to spend your Sunday afternoon. Booking has opened so go online and book your place. We would love to see you there.

GET INTO GOLF 2024
It is very important for our new members to continue to play a few holes of golf each week. This will help you to improve and enjoy the game. If you want to fill cards for handicap purposes, please feel free to contact the Get into Golf committee who will organise same.

AUTUMN MIXED LEAGUE

Our Autumn Mixed league has had great numbers playing due to the fine weather. Results are posted in the locker rooms. Please be advised that you must use an 18-hole card for the Autumn Mixed League. Please ensure that your name and your team are clearly indicated on the card.

LOTTO LUCKY DIP

60.COM

We had a lovely autumn day for our 60.com competition on 6 Nov.  However, conditions were made difficult due to a cover of fog across the area. This did not stop our members from playing as we had our biggest one-day turnout ever. The winners were: 1^st Rogie Cashin 20pts, 2^nd Martin Landers 19pts, 3^rd Pat Stack 18pts. Just a reminder that the date for our Christmas Party is set for Wednesday 11^th December. If you are interested in social golf, and are over 60 years of age, then join us any Wednesday by putting your name on our timesheet.

FUN FRIDAY FOURSOMES
Weather conditions are ideal for golf at the moment which is reflected in the number of people playing and the foursomes are no exception. We were delighted to welcome so many last Friday morning to participate in the event.
1^st Michael Garrigan and Kevin O’Morochoe (36), 2^nd Craig Power and John Morgan (38 3/4),
3^rd Adrian O’Driscoll and Margaret Keane (41 3/4). We are back again this Friday (Nov 15). We gather outside the clubhouse at 8.45 am with a shot gun start at 9 am. No booking required. All are welcome.

LOTTO RESULTS

We had our weekly Lotto Draw on Friday 8^th. The numbers drawn were 10, 19, 21 and 24.
The jackpot was €4,300, and there was no winner. The jackpot is €4,400 for the next draw.
We had one match 3 winner – Patrick McGovern – who wins €200, as no match 3 winner last week. The next draw will take place on Friday 15^th November. Thank you to everyone who supports our Lotto. All funds raised are used to develop our course.

BRIDGE

Bridge takes place every Friday at 11am in the clubhouse – all are welcome.
